E-Mail Information Mailbox Limitations
Mailbox limitations for your domain are listed below. Limitations can be adjusted or upgraded upon request.
WebMail Access
MediaTech Productions provides webmail access for email services clients. The webmail system works similarly to Yahoo or Hotmail and can be accessed from any computer with an internet connection.
All messages are pre-scanned for viruses at MediaTech before reaching user accounts. However, it is the responsibility of the user to protect their email services against virus attacks.
Spam Protection
Spam protection is available for all MediaTech hosting clients but is not enabled by default. To learn more about spam protection, enable spam protection for your domain or to obtain spam protection pricing, please contact stopspam@mtpinternet.com.
Deleted Items
In WebMail, select Preferences from the drop down box on the right to change the way deleted items are handled.

Message Size: 25MB
Maximum Number of Recipients per Message: 200
Message Delay: 20 seconds
Login Retries: 5 with 30 minute lockout

To access the webmail system:Virus Protection
- Connect to the Internet, open a browser and go to http://mail.mtpinternet.com, or http://mail.yourdomain.com.
- Log into the webmail system. Username is your full email address, password is the email account password provided to you by MediaTech Productions.
